Licences are per seat, per year. Prices will be published here once they're set, excluding VAT. KLEPON is sold to businesses only: companies and self-employed professionals with a VAT number.

After the beta

How buying works

There's no online checkout. You request a licence, we invoice your company and you pay by bank transfer.

    Create a company account

    The person who manages licences for your company signs up once and becomes the account's owner.

  2. 2

    Request a licence in the portal

    Choose the package and how many seats. That's your quote request; nothing is charged yet.

  3. 3

    Receive the invoice

    We send the quote and invoice to your company. Belgian businesses receive it as a Peppol e-invoice.

  4. 4

    Pay by bank transfer

    Pay the invoice by bank transfer. We activate the licence and you invite your team.

Payment is due within 30 days (to be confirmed) of the invoice date. The licence is activated when the invoice is paid (to be confirmed).

Billing

VAT, invoices and seats

VAT and invoices

  • Belgian businesses: Belgian VAT (21%) is added to the invoice.
  • Businesses elsewhere in the EU: no VAT on the invoice, under the reverse-charge rule. We need your valid VAT number.
  • Businesses outside the EU: no EU VAT is charged.
  • Each invoice needs your company's legal name, billing address and VAT number.

Renewal and seats

  • A licence runs for one year. We remind you before it ends, and you can request the renewal in the portal.
  • A seat is one signed-in copy of KLEPON at a time. Seats aren't tied to a name: anyone on your team can take a free seat of the package they need.
  • Need more seats during the year? Request them in the portal; you're invoiced for the extra seats.
